The Arctic Council is a high-level intergovernmental forum which addresses issues faced by the Arctic governments (for example the USA and Russia) and people living in the Arctic region.
Finland is the chairman country of the council in 2017-2019. The Ministry for Foreign Affairs needed a video for the council’s use, which would introduce Finland’s four key themes during the chairmanship – in a visual and interesting way. FLIK produced a video introducing the themes, with a story revolving around ice sculpting.
