Here we get a good understanding of the goals and needs that are set for the event.

Defining:
• What are we doing?
• To whom?
• Why?
• Timeline for the project
• Budget
• Resources

Does the company have brand guidelines and assets to utilize in the design process or is there a need to create more customized look and feel?

Together we plan the event strategy and decide:

• How do we reach the goals?
• How do we fulfill the needs?
• What are the means to reach our attendees?
• Mapping resource limitations and opportunities.

Documentation of agreed event strategy and preparations needed for concept design.

Presenting our solution in a nutshell:

• Creating the Key Visual Art which defines the look and feel of the event
• Generate script structure
• Defining the right format, (i.e. online, hybrid?)
• Options for event theme
• Defining tasks to do
• Timetable for execution

This is the final step in conseptualizing phase and as a result we have a clear plan to execute the production phase.

Based on approved concept design we start creating all the assets for both digital and physical environments such as:

• Virtual event platform visual design
• Intro & Outro videos
• Speaker jingles
• Backdrop pictures or animations
• Speaker lowers thirds
• 3D design of the stage / interior design
• Social media / marketing banners
• Graphic design for promo materials

This is an iterative process and the end product is a complete event kit ready for production.

Event produ­ction

Our event producer takes care of all the details and coordinating services and technology during, before and after the event. We will make sure that your event runs smoothly and will be prepared to react fast in case anything is needed during the event.

 

• Finalising the schedule and timing the agenda for the event

• Scheduling the set-up and dismantling of the event

• Coordinating all required and additional services (such as venue, catering, building, staff, technology etc.)

• Delivering the viewer statistics

• Project management

 

After the event we have a debriefing session to understand the outcome of the event, this way we know what to improve for our next event together.
